What we collect
Your email address, the details you add to your profile (name, country, currency, move date, budget), your saved homes and your requests.
For agents: identity documents and a selfie, used only to verify who you are.
How we use it
To run your account, send requests between renters and agents, and verify agents. We do not sell your data.
Agents see your display name and your message when you send a request, never your email or phone number.
Where it is kept
Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage). Identity documents are in private storage that only our verification team can open; agents cannot read them back after upload.
Photos are resized in your browser before upload, which removes location data from them.
Your rights
You can download a copy of your data, and delete your account, at any time from Privacy and data in your account. Deleting removes your name, details, saved homes and alerts at once, cancels open requests and ends every sign-in. We keep the audit trail, past messages as the other person's record (without your name), and identity documents only for as long as the law requires.
