Verification

You must be who you say you are and authorised to let every home you list. We check your identity documents before you can submit homes.

Listings

List only real, available homes, with accurate photos, the true rent and every fee a renter will pay to move in. Charge only the fees local law allows and keep deposits within local limits; listings that break them are refused.

Every home needs a video tour of every room, which our team checks before it goes live; an in-person inspection may also be booked. Once checked, the price, fees, size and location change only through a new review.

Dealing with renters

Respond to requests promptly and honestly. Do not ask renters to pay, or to contact you, outside Getspaceeasy before a booking exists.

Enforcement

We may pause listings, remove your verification or close your account if you break these terms or if renters are put at risk.
