What Getspaceeasy is

Getspaceeasy helps people moving to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Germany and Nigeria find rental homes listed by verified agents and landlords. A home appears only after our team has checked its video tour or an inspector has visited it.

We are not the landlord or the agent. The tenancy is between you and the landlord, arranged through the agent.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can open it can sign in as you.

Give accurate details. We may suspend accounts that are used to mislead, harass or defraud others.

Requests and viewings

Viewing and inspection requests go to the listing's agent through Getspaceeasy. Contact details are hidden in messages until a booking exists.

Never pay a deposit or rent outside Getspaceeasy. Payments through Getspaceeasy are not open yet; when they open, deposits will be held by a licensed partner, not by the agent or by us.

Prices and exchange rates

Rents are set in the local currency of the home. Amounts in your currency are estimates at the latest exchange rate and may change.

Our responsibility

We check agents' identity and each home's video tour, and listings are checked against local rental rules, but we cannot guarantee every detail of a home or a tenancy, and our summaries of local law are not legal advice. Report anything wrong and we will act on it.
